PAID VACATION TIME

- Manage relationships and negotiate rates with carriers, taking into consideration the customer's budget and the agency's profit margin

- Lead the accounting operations team. Set clear goals and expectations. Monitor team performance and foster a positive team culture.

- Daily/Weekly/Monthly customer/vendor account reconciliations and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems while ensuring data integrity and flow across all systems.
- College degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
