PAID VACATION TIME

- Manage cradle-to-grave shipping logistics

- Manage relationships and negotiate rates with carriers, taking into consideration the customer's budget and the agency's profit margin

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and account onboarding.
- Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.
- Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
- Develop customized freight and logistics solutions based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful service execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within HubSpot.
- Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
